They also got help from a 14.7 point effort from Randy Moss, who got by the Arizona Cardinals defense for 87 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD.

"We finally got the monkey off our backs," WiseGuys coach Ed Weigand said.

Sewer Rats were led to their 15.6 point victory by a 17.0 point effort from Stephen Gostkowski, who snuck past the Arizona Cardinals defense for 4 field goals made and 5 extra points. With this performance, Gostkowski was the number 1 ranked place kicker for week 16. They also got help from a 16.8 point effort from Larry Johnson, who beat the Miami Dolphins defense for 108 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD.

"A win is a win," Sewer Rats coach Thomas Hallifax said.

South Panthers were helped out in a losing cause by a 28.2 point effort from Matt Cassel, who beat the Arizona Cardinals defense for 345 passing yards and 3 passing TDs in addition to 19 rushing yards. With this performance, Cassel was the number 4 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 16. They also got help from a 17.1 point effort from Kevin Smith, who beat the New Orleans Saints defense for 111 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD.

"We had our chances but we let them slip away," South Panthers coach Gerardo Zambrano said.

This brings the record for Sewer Rats to 11-2, and drops South Panthers to a record of 7-6.
